Asahi Beverages is a leading beverage company with their corporate office located in Melbourne’s cultural centre of Southbank. They engaged us to deliver demolition and extensive refurbishment of an entire building totalling 4,500 sqm. The design includes exposed concrete flooring, feature ceiling treatments, complete re-carpeting and painting throughout, an expansive town hall area (accommodating up to 200 people), 30 meeting rooms, and 450 refurbished and new workstations. Vinyl branding was used to showcase various products within the Asahi Beverage range. We also delivered cool rooms, a bar, drink tasting area, and a disaster recovery zone with 18 workstations and 20 large TV monitors.
