BDAI designed Auburn Street apartments project with the retention of the high value, significant Lilli Pilli trees as the underpinning planning constraint. The development, containing 36 apartments, was configured in two buildings enabling the trees to become the focal point of the communal garden. It was valued at $8.5 million.
