BDAI was selected to design this high profile development containing 210 apartments with ground floor commercial/retail space from a limited design competition, valued at $45 million.

The project involved close coordination with Botany Council and adjoining land owners to address specific Council requirements relating to the public square and site through-link, which is dedicated to Council.
