The site had some difficult constraints which impacted on the sequencing of the works and overall time frame of the project. QCC worked with the consultants to try and minimise the impact of these constraints, Pushing ahead with both the office and plantroom to ensure the office was removed from the critical path and would be completed ahead of program.

A significant cut and removal of existing materials was required across the entire site, planning to ensure haul roads and site activitys worked in with each other and elements were not left isolated.

The finished project will enable Bidfood to hold up to 4305 pallets of product and service up to 12 trucks at any one time. Ensuring Bidfood continue being able to deliver to its customers as order and on time.
