Bobs Cove House, Queenstown banner

Located in a relatively new rural residential development between Queenstown and Glenorchy, this cedar pavilion style dwelling is situated on the edge of Lake Wakatipu. The design of the contemporary home in Bobs Cove replicates a series of boat sheds within the landscape, connected by an external breezeway which features a suspended timber deck that extends down towards the lake front. Brown &  Company obtained consent for this unique dwelling which fits seamlessly into the lake front and surrounding mountainous environment. The extensive landscaping plan has ensured this building was appropriately absorbed into the stunning landscape of Bobs Cove.
