Arrowtown House, Queenstown banner

This stunning house has been carefully designed to complement and respond to the outstanding natural landscape, with colours and materials used to reference the vernacular materials of the area. The design consists of three main pavilions which are sited to form a sheltered courtyard in the middle.

Working collaboratively with RTA Studio, Brown & Company sought, obtained and oversaw the processing of the resource consent.  This included using a boundary adjustment subdivision and the location of an existing building on site to create a new lot with the new dwelling on a non-notified basis.
