Bondi was one of Chloe’s most recent personal developments where her focus was on designing a space that would appeal to a range of potential buyers while keeping profitability in mind. Inspired by her wedding in Puglia, Italy, she used traditional techniques in modern ways to create a calming and timeless home.

The result was a stunning space that captured the essence of the coastal environment and set a new record for the highest price per sqm for a semi in Bondi Beach. Chloe's expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the design, making it a very considered functional space.
