Bowery Lane is a hospitality venue located within the lobby of a commercial building consisting of a restaurant, bar and café.
Calida was originally appointed as the builder but was also required to assist in the design development and design approval process as the premises is surrounded by existing base building services and structures that required detailed coordination.
The final outcome was a successfully delivered and managed project with extremely happy clients and designers.
