Designed from the ground up, the project pairs a timeless architectural language with a warm, natural material palette to create a home that feels welcoming, functional and enduring. Flexible living spaces, integrated storage and a strong connection between indoors and out support the rhythm of everyday family life while making entertaining effortless. Concrete, natural stone, timber and bronze form the foundation of the interiors, layered with colour, artwork and handcrafted details that bring warmth and personality. The result is a home that is calm, timeless and perfectly suited to its coastal setting.

“Working with Annie and her team was easy from start to finish – it was an element we could not have done without. Without Annie, our house would have just been a run of the mill renovation and all our choices wouldn’t have the flow and co-ordination that Annie was able to bring to the whole project. Almost everything Annie choose we immediately loved and it made the renovation almost stress and argument free.”
