Located in the beautiful seaside suburb of Moffat Beach. This besboke beach house was designed by Reitsma & Associates and constructed by Gold Leaf Constructions in 2022. Thoughtfully created using materials that will withstand generations of family weekend getaways.
Bryce is a beachside architectural marvel that we are proud to have recently delivered. The intimate relationship between concrete and premium hardwoods across neutral tones has seen this trophy home become an icon of the area.
The build was truly unique. By cantilevering the second floor over the driveway, we created a more extensive living and entertaining area on the second floor, a more streamlined and attractive façade with fewer interruptions to the architectural style of the home, all while increasing the off-street parking in this epic location.
We are so thrilled with how this has turned out and hope this inspires others to think creatively about how they can make the most of their own building space.
