This Residence was purchased with the intention of a full renovation by its owners. The structure was distinctively attractive but the property had endured a lack of attention over the years.
Woods & Warner were engaged to over hall & lead the design from concept to completion. The bold use of colour & darker materials contrasts against the period features creating a somewhat industrial flare to a classic home.
The strict use of repeated materials allows the home to uniquely sit in its environment with presence & stature.
