The tired townhouses that got a new lease of life

Renovating a pair of leaky hillside townhouses, with sagging ceilings and bowing framing required replacing everything – except the foundations.

Already at the maximum building footprint, internal alterations were required to increase the usable living space as part of an extensive renovation that include re-roofing, re-wiring, re-plumbing and recladding both townhouses. With complex rooflines, intricate bespoke work was required to re-roof and ensure weather-tightness before the interior renovation could proceed. Unusual rooflines internally created challenging spaces to reline and ensure straight, crisp finishes.

The renovation has transformed a pair of dated Spanish-styled townhouses into two timeless townhouses of impeccable pedigree.

Thank you for touching base! Richard will be in touch with you as soon as your message is received. Have a great day.
