A harmonious blend of heritage and contemporary design, this Chatswood home features ornate mouldings, a bespoke kitchen, and a striking butterfly roof, all while embracing light-filled spaces and high-quality finishes.
A completely new build this home was designed to blend with its heritage surroundings. From the beautiful ornate mouldings, to the timber floors and restored fireplace the traditional area of the house has been created with all the finer details in mind.
Architecturally designed and located in Chatswood this home is full of surprises.
Behind the restored red entry door, the home opens out to a spectacular light-filled contemporary living space. An incredible be-spoke kitchen is surrounded by high ceilings, large bi-folds, polished concrete and highlight windows that encompass the entire space.
The exterior is impressive with its dramatic butterfly roof and stack bond brickwork, all wrapped in spotted gum decking which connects the two aspects of the home.
