Modern Designer Home

Working alongside Auckland builders, Builders Blueprint, Kroydon and his team provided a high-end interior and exterior finish on this residential painting and decorating project. As featured in Archipro, this beautiful 170m2 architectural home features wood oil, and a black and white contrast giving a modern designer look. Offering five bedroom, a double garage, and spacious living areas with a hall and stairwell area spanning double height for an extra spacious feel and flow into the second floor. This is exactly the type of project we love to be involved with at GKD. From the architect and builder through to the client, the goal is to invest in and achieve a quality finish in a building that is design and built to last.
