"Malibu meets St Clair. A sensitively designed and extremely well crafted residence taking full advantage of the dramatic views. The building provides a variety of spaces to suit the client’s specific needs and to cater for future lifestyle changes. Courtyard entry provides great shelter prior to entering the living spaces and the drama of views as they expand before you."
