Azurea Coastal Elegance

A Vision of Modern Coastal Living

The design brief behind this project was to create an oasis that seamlessly blends the relaxed spirit of coastal living with high-end luxury. The team at Made by Alas curated a palette of rich, natural materials that evoke both warmth and serenity, ensuring each space within the duplexes feels both inviting and opulent.

Exquisite Material Selections

At the heart of this project is a dedication to premium finishes and thoughtful craftsmanship. In collaboration with Exquisite Surfaces and Deemah Stone, the interiors showcase a refined selection of materials that harmonize beautifully with the coastal surroundings:

• Breccia Rose Marble: This statement marble takes center stage in the kitchen, its embodiment of its earthy Italian style adds character to the heart of the home. This paired alongside the custom green "Kincumber' Taubmans polyurethane cupboards create a unique take on relaxed coastal living

• Verde Cristallo Tile: A striking choice for the powder room, this luxurious green-hued stone brings an organic vibrancy, reminiscent of the ocean’s depths.
• Silver Travertine Slabs: Used throughout the master retreat, these slabs create an understated yet undeniably elegant backdrop.
• Green Zellige Tiles: Handcrafted and full of texture, these tiles infuse personality and charm into the living room fireplace
• Italian Porcelain Tiles: Sourced through Exquisite Surfaces, bringing the ultimate European sophistication, these selections enhance the entire house with timeless appeal.
• European Engineered Oak Herringbone Flooring: Also sourced through Exquisite Surfaces, the warmth of timber underfoot complements the coastal aesthetic, adding both comfort and grandeur.

A Harmonious Blend of Form and Function

Beyond aesthetics, this development prioritizes functionality and comfort. Each space is designed to maximize natural light, inviting in the coastal breeze while maintaining privacy and tranquility. Expansive open-plan living areas flow seamlessly into outdoor entertaining spaces, making these homes perfect for both relaxation and hosting.

Elevating Luxury Duplex Design

With an impeccable balance of texture, color, and materiality, this Made by Alas project redefines contemporary coastal luxury. The synergy between natural stone, artisanal finishes, and modern architectural elements creates an environment that is not only visually stunning but also deeply connected to its seaside setting.

This breathtaking duplex development at Elouera Road, Cronulla, is more than just a residence; it’s a curated experience—one that encapsulates the very essence of modern coastal elegance.
