A modern renovation of a rural property, enhancing the kitchen and laundry with a focus on functionality and style, completed in 2024 by Nicola Manning Design.
Welcome to the Coatsville Renovation, a project completed in 2024 by Nicola Manning Design. Our clients, a couple with grown-up children and a passion for equestrian sports, wanted to refresh their kitchen and laundry in their rural property. With a stunning view of the equestrian eventing ring and a beautifully landscaped pool, we aimed to create a timeless and functional space that would blend seamlessly with the rural landscape.
We worked closely with the clients to design a modern kitchen that maximised storage and efficiency. By removing unnecessary walls and bulkheads, we were able to create a streamlined and practical layout. The classic yet contemporary style of the kitchen features slim framed doors in a Kombu Green colour, perfectly complementing the surroundings. A central island with a cooktop and rangehood, along with a large pantry and a textured butlers sink, ensure that cooking in this space is both easy and enjoyable.
