COLO
This stunning architecturally designed weekender by Helen Lloyd-Martin from 3D Environment is situated on the banks of the Colo River.
The concept of this new build was to create an environmentally friendly home that blends into its bush surroundings by using corten naturally rusted steel, together with corrugated iron cladding.
Bal FZ (bushfire rating) and a very tight access road threw some challenges in the mix of this build but with strategic planning and material selection, we were able to overcome these challenges to deliver this one-of-a-kind property.
