Situated on a greenfield site, this Green Star Rated commercial hub strikes a careful balance between mass and space providing this progressive business with a series of clearly defined meeting rooms and a large open-plan primary workspace. This area provides for varying degrees of visual privacy through the use of screens and semi-enclosed spaces for workflow flexibility.

On entry a double-height void featuring wood, brick and steel provides an immediate and strong visual identity. Frames and screens are utilised to control the view and manipulate the natural light which floods the interior.

Truly representative of the Taylored ethos of collaboration and openness, this project was fuelled by a unified design and build process, strong working relationships and a playful outlook.
