Coogee Bay House banner

Located in the dense beachside suburb of Coogee, this residence required smart management of privacy while keeping the sweeping ocean views intact. Built for a family robust design was key, making sure the layout was liveable, light-filled and layered.

Simple and bold are the main design themes showcased throughout the home. A focus on quality materials as seen in our Arashi natural stone slabs were fabricated into a freestanding washbasin for the main bathroom.

Our Carrara slabs were used for the second bathroom and kitchen island and splash-back, the simple colour scheme instilling a sense of peace and luxury.

Sandblasted Perla stone was used for the pool area, to ensure a safe and durable outdoor area that complimented the natural foliage.
