Completed in 2020, the Cook House by Brogan Builders is a stunning project that embodies the essence of a perfect family home. Situated on a Northeast facing site overlooking Bream Bay, this property provided the ideal canvas for Arcline Architecture to design a dream home for our clients. With a background in cabinetry and kitchen design, our clients had a vision of a special home in Langs Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The challenges of the steep right-of-way driveway and the site's natural slope were expertly tackled by the team. The result is a spacious, open home with carefully crafted spaces for both the upper and lower floors. The lower floor features three bedrooms, a bathroom, a study nook, bunk/rumpus room, and a double garage, all designed with a polished concrete floor and a mix of timber and white colour scheme. Upstairs, the kitchen by Moda Kitchens overlooks the dining and family room, while the lounge area creates a cozy space for relaxation. With a courtyard and deck at the rear, this home is truly a perfect retreat for any family.
