We were engaged by Frasers Property Group to design 24 luxury houses for the Cova Precinct on Hope Island. Each townhouse was critically thought out to maximise the connection to outdoor terraces and balconies; whilst maintaining the privacy and open-plan layouts that allow for entertaining. Designed for true liveability with smart storage and high-end finishes, Cova Townhouses were built to deliver a waterfront and coastal lifestyle in the heart of Hope Island.
