This contemporary residence has been designed to embrace its golf course setting through a clean, modern architectural language and refined material palette. Spanning over 43 metres along the rear boundary, the home takes full advantage of its unique position with expansive glazing that captures the outlook and strengthens the connection between the interior, outdoor living spaces and surrounding landscape. Strong horizontal forms and carefully considered proportions create a calm, understated presence, balancing privacy to the street with an open, light-filled experience to the rear.
