Winner of the 2019 House of the Year Taranaki New Home $1 million - $1.5 million Silver Award.   This grand architecturally designed home captures mountain and ocean views in the New Plymouth countryside. Rumbled brick cladding creates an established feel, while cedar provides warmth and a nod to nature. A grand entry welcomes you in, complete with mosaic-tile floor. The foyer flows to entertaining quarters on the right and living quarters on the left. Luxuriating under high vaulted ceilings, the large kitchen serves up country character and contemporary convenience. A generous conservatory connects to a central courtyard. Here, panoramic views form a picture-perfect backdrop to alfresco dining and leisure. This beauty was born to entertain the masses. Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure everyday comfort that’s steeped in luxury. Central heating, plush carpet, window seats and plenty of natural light make this a sanctuary of solitude when desired.
