Take a look through this stunning coastal themed home with panoramic views over Doubtless Bay.
The owners of this home approached Arcline with the vision to build a three bedroom, three bathroom home which magnified the site position, gathering the views out to the bay and maximising indoor-outdoor flow to make the very most of Northlands sunny days.
The use of white James Hardies Linea cladding, a mono pitch roof and glass with a light blue tint ensured the house not only matched the surrounding homes and environment but we were also able to keep with the beachy theme throughout.
Features of the home include a LouvreTec roof over the tiled outdoor area, a large swimming pool, polished concrete floors in the main living areas, and a modern black kitchen.
Our clients couldn’t be happier with their finished home, perfectly matching their Northland lifestyle, living close to the beach but in the total comfort of their brand new home.
