Complete Projects was responsible for the architectural design and consultant management of this project for a new residential development in Christchurch. It comprises a mix of single two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes that are due to be completed in late 2023. Our team's cohesive design approach aims to create a welcoming small community with high-quality buildings.
Our involvement in this project began with assisting the developer and planner in obtaining resource consent for the subdivision. We then took charge of coordinating the many consultants required to detail documentation for building consent. Despite the challenges that come with any multi-unit residential development, our significant input and involvement from the outset enabled Complete Projects to utilise our project management skills to ensure a smooth process into construction.
We are excited to see this project come to fruition and look forward to seeing the community come to life.
