This 1930’s old farmhouse was in dire need of some TLC. Our client was recommended to us through the community, and we were happy to help! We love doing renovation work, as there is a real sense of achievement looking at before and after photos of something you've helped create. Initially the renovation was going to be a simple reline of the walls and ceiling but once we got started we realised how much potentail this home had! We suggested to the client of lifting the ceiling and she was delighted this could be done. The renovation included lifting the ceiling, new wall linings throughout, a total remodel of the bathroom & outdoor area, and new flooring throughout the living.  The end result was an open, light and contemporary feeling home that would leave you hard to believe it was 90 years old!
