Ulltraclad project is a retirement village located at Elderslie South West of Sydney. The project comprises of 122 cost effective Villa’s & Townhouses. The units have a steel frame with a mix of brick and cladding. Cladding is being supplied in four different 25 year warranty finishes. Approximately 40t of our Shadowline Boards are used on this project. The project has been successfully completed within the scheduled time frame and our client reports all are very happy with our product. He made the comment that our cladding system is very neat compared to other systems they have installed.
