Our client's dream garden for their newly built home was influenced by the raw and natural materials used for the house, both exterior and interior.

The curved stack stone wall, backed by the beautiful Bloodgood Japanese maple trees, is the perfect area to host friends and family around the large Corten steel fire bowl. With views of both inside the home and the garden, a calm feeling of space and serenity quickly take away any worries of the day and transition you to a relaxed state ready to laugh the night away. The gardens are low maintenance, as requested by our clients and a selection of native and oriental plants was chosen to suit the space. The perfect plant palette to soften the concrete render and raw materials used in the hardscape and the house.

Throughout the gardens, creative placement of hand-selected rocks features throughout the pebbles, integrating the gardens from the front, side and back. We selected 3 types of Tuscan pebbles to blend. Raw sleepers give you the pathway to walk through the garden along with the feature posts and arbours painted Japanese black. With points of interest from every angle, including the impressive view from inside the home through the wall to wall glass doors, there is always a natural feature to admire. Corten steel planters along the side of the house are now home to our client’s veggies & herbs.

We were thrilled when our repeat clients told us they were about to build the forever home. The result is an impressive new outdoor space with seamless indoor-outdoor integration. A space to enjoy all of nature’s beauty and transport you to a state of ease.
