Our clients were keen to work through the planning of the design and build process with us. To that end we connected them with architects Jontian Group, who we knew would help them realise their vision. At the same time, we worked alongside the client in finalising the plans to ensure the project stayed within budget.

There’s a sense of pristine, uncluttered space throughout. Our in-house team completed all the joinery designs and interior specifications, with plentiful cabinets, cupboards and display shelves all designed to maintain clean, minimalist lines in each room.

Solid American Oak timber flooring contrasts beautifully with the ivory colour theme throughout. Feature timber windows were installed to complement the house’s classic colonial style.

An interesting design feature is the incorporation of an elevator between floors, allowing for the choice of an upstairs or downstairs master bedroom. This theme of clever functionality continues with an external shower installed near the pool to allow for a refresh between dips, and landscaping that projects lush garden appeal – with minimal maintenance required.

Barbecuing poolside, snacking at the breakfast bar, relaxing in the spacious lounge or entertaining friends and family - this is a beautifully built home for all seasons.
