Transforming two small bedrooms into a versatile studio and spare room in Torquay, featuring a separate powder room for enhanced functionality, completed in December 2022 by Briody Constructions.
Torquay studio / spare room renovation
This area of the house was previously two small bedrooms. By removing the wall between and remodelling the layout we were able to create a more versatile space for our clients to use as both a studio and as a spare room when they have guests. The main bathroom was the only toilet in the house so we also we able to get a separate powder room within this space.
In order to achieve this renovation, we installed a wall bed that fits in within a large storage cabinet. There is a large sliding door that divides the space when required, doubling as the cupboard door when not in use.
