Outdoor renovation creating a safe and functional entertaining space for a growing family in Jan Juc, featuring a stylish deck and veranda with thoughtful roofing solutions for year-round comfort.
Outdoor renovation for Jan Juc home
A safe, usable entertaining space for a growing family was created in this outdoor renovation in Jan Juc.
This deck and veranda provide cover from the weather while allowing natural light into living spaces. Special considerations was taken into account with the height, and a combination of Colorbond and polycarbonate roofing to allow protection from the harsh summer sun, while allowing warming winter sun into the kitchen and living room. Cyprus posts and spotted gum decking will seamlessly grey and blend in over time.
Deck lights around the perimeter, fans and overhead lighting make this a safe and functional space for the family to use.
