"We saw our section for sale on a walk. With an architect we designed a large family home of 340 square meters. A friend knew of Phillips and Co builders and we got a quote. They were our preferred pricing. We broke ground in February 2020 but then Covid stopped us for a while. Once the country was back in action so was Warren and his team. As it was our first new build we found the process easier than we anticipated. Questions were encouraged and changes were not a hassle as communication was second to none. We had access to the site at any stage. We were informed of key aspects of the build like concrete being poured, benchtops being fitted, staircase in place, etc. Our build took 13 months and the finish product is a modern bespoke family home, which we love.
