Nested within the regenerating forest are ten rural lifestyle lots. Patch hasprovided landscape assessments andassisted several clients varytheir resource consent toaccommodate dwellings outside building platforms. Patch alsoprovided clients withdetailed design of wetlands, fire-mitigation planting plans, and hardscaping for outdoorliving areas including timber boardwalks, yoga platforms, schist staircases,retaining wallsand lighting.
