Triple Gable House - a four-bedroom home composed as three gable forms staggered to create a secluded/private family courtyard to the north of its semi-rural corner site. Two end gables house the living and bedroom spaces, clad in vertical shiplap cedar, with the contrasting central gable housing the garage and amenity spaces, clad in white brick.

The entry/kitchen/living, where the young family spend most of their time together, has a contrast of volumes with a skillion ceiling and series of skylights creating a nice play of shadow and light to the space. The family courtyard is a simple space with large sliding door off the living room accessing the deck, and steel pergola extending out from the central brick gable offering future shading device options.
