MPD were engaged as the head contractor for the design and construction of the new Centre for Positive Ageing and Care. Adjoining the Training Facility previously built by MPD, this lightweight construction was designed to compliment the residential surrounds while still offering a first-class care service for the community.

The 400sqm training facility houses local medical services and provides a clinical training hub for medical, nursing and health care students in partnership with the University of Wollongong and UNSW HammondCare Chair of Ageing.
