Demolition and construction of rear section of the existing home. A 2 storey fully self-contained studio was added at the rear of the property as well as a fully detached home office and swimming pool.
The original period section of the home was fully restored to its original glory with a modern contemporary extension to the rear which includes new bathroom, ensuite and powder room and kitchen and living area with polished concrete floors.
