Tak­ing advan­tage of the prop­er­ty’s pre­mi­um har­bour­side views the gar­den embraces its con­nec­tion with the built struc­ture —a con­tem­po­rary home clad in mosa­ic tile, stuc­co, traver­tine and glass.

From the archi­tec­ture these out­door spaces flow seam­less­ly, with lay­ers of soft­ness intro­duced by-way-of shrubs, accent plants, grass­es and peren­ni­als togeth­er with an array of advanced trees for scale and maturity.

Wyer & Co. is an inte­grat­ed land­scape design prac­tice, found­ed by Antho­ny Wyer in 2005.
