Restoration of a traditional villa with a complete interior refurbishment and open plan living design for enhanced indoor-outdoor flow, completed in 2017.
This project included reinstating the front of the house with full traditional villa detailing, and a complete strip out and refurbishment of the interior. Open plan living/dining/kitchen was created to achieve spacious flow for indoor outdoor living.
