“I engaged e+mc2 after having a negative experience with another consultancy firm, whereby I received a design response that did not meet the local council planning policies nor the relevant building regulations. With the design, finance and construction advice provided, the team was able to create a response to the site constraints that was both profitable and aesthetically attractive. It was refreshing to work with E+MC2 and we are now working on our 3rd project together and are looking forward to furthering success.”
