House 1, located on the Central Coast of New South Wales, is a French-inspired coastal home by Australian renovators and ex Block contestants, Kyal and Kara. With bright natural light at the centre of this property, House 1 embraces luxury and resort-style living. Details of neutral timber complemented with tiles create a clean palette which contributes to the warmth of the home. Seaside Sophistication

House 01 features Iver’s Brunswick collection. The Pull Handle in Satin Nickel harmonises with the neutral palette of the home’s kitchen and bedroom drawers. A modern design with knurled detailing, the Pull Handle is engaging and adds an industrial edge to the coastal property. The Brunswick Lever on Oval Backplate is showcased on the bedroom doors, with Satin Nickel complementing the interior details of the space. Kyal and Kara’s choice of door hardware provides a unique tactile experience and distinct aesthetic to the home.

Continuing through the home, Iver’s Rectangular Sliding Door Pull is highlighted on the ensuite door. In Brushed Chrome, the pull is sleek and contributes to the modern tone of the property. In juxtaposition to Satin Nickel, Brushed Chrome is lighter and creates brightness within the main bedroom.

A warm coastal property with complementary door detailing reflects the home’s harmonious nature.
