“An amazing beautiful modern office space.”

Concept Design

Being the second project with iTM Pacific, Brian was initially only going to ask Sharon to provide furniture solutions. However, as the initial builder contracted to fit out his new office disappeared after demolition, Sharon was asked whether she could help out. This turned out to be fortuitous as the original layout planned would not have worked. Sharon was able to redesign the layout and took over all aspects of the project to completion and compliance. Blessed with tall ceilings and a stunning heritage cornice, we took a mould to include around the new periphery.

Amazing Results

Sharon successfully allocated comfortable space for five staff and a floor to ceiling storage wall; a separate reception area; the Managing Director’s office with a desk suitable for two to sit at; a generous boardroom with storage and a separately air conditioned server room in a small office footprint. The final detail, a film design for the glass paneling, was Sharon’s interpretation representing Brian’s personality and his company’s logo, a playful touch for the project.

I was not in Australia during the project and had seen only the bare office before works commenced and when the project was completed. We placed our entire trust with Sharon to handle all complicated and difficult issues that arose between all parties involved and are very satisfied with the final outcome. Sharon has the unique ability to listen and understand the client's desires and managed to create an office design that incorporated the required practical necessities as well as a superb visually aesthetic environment. She has taken a dull space and created an amazing, beautiful modern office while remaining sensitive to heritage values of the building. Sharon is a professional in every sense of the word. She is trustworthy, hardworking, extremely creative, innovative and recognizes the value of extraordinary service, keeping the client's requirements in mind at all times. Please feel free to contact me for verbal reference if required.
