This beautifully positioned house over looks the winding Clutha River towards Central Otago's famous Red Bridge.
Before building their dream home on land, the owners built one on the Ocean & called it home while they sailed around the South Pacific for 10 years. This lifestyle has now heavily influenced the style of home on Jackson Rise. The house is designed like a boat with each 'area' flowing onto the next. You will find very limited doors & instead is separated by individual petitions. The house was built with large floor to ceiling windows to capture the incredible views & give the feel they are still isolated in nature.
