Kauri Timber Building banner

A cutting-edge facade solution, sympathetic and in-theme with heritage fabric.

The iconic Kauri Timber Building situated across from Auckland’s vibrant Viaduct Harbour is the city's latest historic commercial development.

Completed in 2015, the building has been lovingly restored to retain the charm and character of its original heritage, whilst meeting 100% of the current earthquake code.

The original building is complemented by the development of an adjacent dynamic new structure above Fanshawe Street and demands attention.

The Kauri Timber Building is one of only three heritage buildings remaining on the Freeman’s Bay shoreline with a unique and impressive history.
