The Dylan is a boutique medium density apartment building that was designed as a serious villa alternative in Grey Lynn. There are extensive northern views to the Waitemata Harbour and beyond. It sold out quickly and was completed in 2016, winning awards at the property council that same year.

The development team recognised this central-west location as a prime spot, close to the city and in a transport corridor to all surrounding suburbs.

This building went to market at the start of the downsizing revolution and was designed as a serious home replacement.

Since construction, the area has only developed even more, with several attractive apartment buildings completed nearby.

Contemporary architecture and enduring materials were chosen to ensure longevity and low maintenance costs. Large apartments are afforded expansive views from generous decks that are provided with all-day sun, featuring exemplary material and finish throughout.
