Positioned on an elevated site to make the most of the stunning view over Lake Wakatipu, this custom design took the best of our client's ideas from their years of property development. These were integrated with our energy efficient building practices and innovative cladding and finishing to create a one of a kind home. It was designed to accommodate family members of all ages in addition to being a base in which to enjoy semi-retirement.
