This 1920s brick home had not been touched since built. Unfortunately, it had suffered major damage to its structure from a termite infestation. Our brief was to remove and replace all the termite damage, add on to the living and entertaining areas, excavate into the sandstone underneath to create another garage space including a showcase entry & staircase. The internal layout was reconfigured to be more functional including a home office, new dual bathrooms ensuites & kitchen. Externally we added retaining walls to create a large courtyard with a pergola, installed drainage to control the never-ending rock surface water runoff. This home was transformed from its old, tired state into a magnificent new style home with state-of-the-art fixture & finishes.
