Killara Backyard Transformation
Branch Out Landscapes designed this Killara backyard transformation, which was expertly installed by Outdoor Residential, an award-winning landscaping business specialised in major garden, outdoor, and backyard renovations. Crystal Pools did the pool installation, adding their expertise to the project. Their combined efforts resulted in a serene and stylish oasis, perfect for entertaining and relaxation. The project showcases a seamless blend of natural materials and modern design elements.
Manhattan Alfresco Limestone and Hotham Wall Cladding: A Winning Combination
Sareen Stone’s Manhattan Alfresco Limestone and Hotham Wall Cladding played a key component in creating the project’s unique aesthetic. The cool tones of the Manhattan limestone tiles perfectly complement the light to mid-grey tones of the Hotham stone wall cladding, creating a visually striking and harmonious backdrop for the pool tiles and surrounding landscape.
A Curvaceous Lawn and Pool
A new pool with a swim-out ledge and waterfall takes centre stage, surrounded by a beautifully curved lawn. The design creates a sense of flow and openness, inviting relaxation and enjoyment. The natural stone for pools used in this project provides a durable, stylish, and low-maintenance surface for the pool’s edge, enhancing its appearance and functionality. The Manhattan Limestone pool coping provides a safe and comfortable surface.
Park Connection and Outdoor Living
A glass gate connects the backyard to the park, creating a seamless transition and making the park feel like an extension of the garden. This connection to nature enhances the overall experience of the backyard, making it feel more spacious, peaceful, and enjoyable.
Native and Exotic Plants
Easy-care native plants, ornamental grasses, and carefully selected exotics bring life and colour to the space. The plant selection complements the overall design and creates a sense of harmony.
A Modern Backyard Retreat
The Killara backyard transformation is a testament to the power of thoughtful design and high-quality materials. The project showcases the beauty and versatility of Manhattan Alfresco Limestone and Hotham wall cladding, creating a truly exceptional outdoor living space.
