King’s Dumpling was designed to encapsulate a nostalgic and sentimental feeling of homemade Chinese, steamed dumplings and snacks, of street markets and neighbourhood stalls and personal association to family and comfort food. 200 lanterns surrounding the tenancy created a welcoming beam.
