This large family bungalow in Mt Albert lacked entertaining areas.  The front entrance has a stunning northwest aspect and views to the cityscape.  Levelling off the front garden and created a private entertaining courtyard hidden behind a gorgeous fairy magnolia hedge and privacy fence, as well as lawn space and a pedestrian entry.  At the back, an edible area and spa complete the package.

The planting is soft and romantic with a touch of formality.
